NO LAST-MA THINGS

Holy Soreness!!!!!!  after doing the 30 days squat challenge, I am proud to say that I did see minor improvement! yiiipppeeee!!!! *flips hair* ASS SHOTS!! LOL Pictures of before and after  coming (sike) lol. Well today I started my 30 days Tone up, which  means, back to the gym and strictly No Pop, just OJ and Water. Not trying to be skinny or anything, I just need to be HOTTER! than I am RN Naked.
